Compliance with the rules will ensure your pleasant and trouble-free holiday with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I. Accommodation.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check-in is subject to the following conditions:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 a reservation made in advance by you;<br>- without prior reservation, on the spot if there are free accommodation places in the tourist site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check-in and check-out at the &quot;Pelevi&quot; guest house take place at the following time interval:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>- check-in in the rooms after 13:00;<br>- check-out of the rooms by 12:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the presence of unforeseen circumstances that prevent you, a deviation from the specified time intervals is allowed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 for accommodation up to 2 hours;<br>\u2013 for release up to 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All our guests are required to show identification upon check-in<\/strong> (ID card); (passport) and others, in accordance with the requirements of the Law on Tourism \/ZT\/, Art. 116, (1) <strong><em>The persons operating the hotel business keep a register for the tourists staying with the content of the data approved by the Minister of Tourism, under the terms and conditions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.<\/em><\/strong>. At <strong>refusal <\/strong>on your part to enter the mandatory personal data, you will not be provided with the relevant accommodation service at the &quot;Daskalov&quot; guest house.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II.<strong>Internal order for the use of the material and technical base in the tourist site, guest house &quot;Pelevi&quot;.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Guest house &quot;Pelevi&quot;<\/strong>, has a designated place for staying and parking, which is located in front of the house. Parking and staying is carried out according to the terms and conditions determined by the owners of the property.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Parking and standing are not allowed<\/strong> of caravans, campers and other road vehicles on the territory of the tourist site without permission from the owner or the person authorized by him, who carries out the accommodation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>They are not allowed on the territory of the tourist site<\/strong> Pets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The use of tobacco products<\/strong> and others in the &quot;Pelevi&quot; guest house is absolutely prohibited in the bedrooms, closed common areas and other premises. It is allowed only and only in the yard of the tourist site and in the open areas, and the disposal of all waste materials is carried out in the metal containers designated for the purpose.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customers undertake to behave<\/strong> in a way that does not disturb other customers or damage the prestige and good name of the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Illegal or immoral activities<\/strong>, as <strong>gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods,<\/strong> possession or use of firearms and other weapons \u2013 <strong>are absolutely forbidden!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In case of violation of public order<\/strong> (loud noise after 10 p.m. and others) and a report was made to the Rakitovo State Police-Police, the guests of the &quot;Pelevi&quot; guest house take full responsibility for solving the case. If the law enforcement authorities impose sanctions, fines, acts and other punishments provided by the Bulgarian legislation, they are fully covered by the guests responsible for the established violations. We inform you that according to the current Bulgarian legislation, the Law on Administrative Violations and Penalties \/ZANN\/, Art. 24, para. 1 <strong>administrative criminal liability is personal!<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Moving objects is prohibited<\/strong> <strong>and belongings<\/strong> from their designated locations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When using the sanitary facilities<\/strong> in the common and individual rooms on the territory of the tourist site, all requirements for their use must be observed, as well as waste and non-degradable objects must not be thrown into the toilet bowls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When using the heating facilities<\/strong> in the winter season and the cooling ones in the summer, to comply with the requirements for their use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All customers are responsible for protecting their property<\/strong>. The owners of the tourist site, <strong>they don&#039;t wear<\/strong> liability for lost or stolen items during your stay. <strong>The tourist site is under 24-hour video surveillance.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>All persons staying at the tourist site are obliged<\/strong> to protect the material and technical base, not to intentionally cause damages, or those caused by carelessness on their part, to use all technical equipment only and solely according to their purpose. When leaving the site, the customers are <strong>obliged to leave it<\/strong> in the condition in which they found it upon their accommodation. For all material damage caused, actions or inactions that lead to the destruction of objects and others on the territory of the tourist site, the customers bear full responsibility by paying the value of the damaged or destroyed material and technical facilities. Those of them that are subject to repair, the same is carried out at the expense of the customers. In case of refusal of payment by the persons who caused damage to the material and technical base on the territory of the tourist site, responsibility will be sought according to the terms and conditions of the Law on Obligations and Contracts \/ZZD\/, Art. 82, <strong><em>the compensation covers the suffered loss and the lost benefit, insofar as they are a direct and immediate consequence of the non-performance and could have been foreseen when the obligation arose. But if the debtor was in bad faith, he is liable for all direct and immediate damages<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>III. Customers of the tourist site.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The number of persons accommodated in the object (adults and children) during the time<\/strong> during their stay at the &quot;Pelevi&quot; guest house, must not exceed the number of beds specified in the reservation confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If, the number of visitors exceeds the specified<\/strong> requirements and\/or the requested number in the reservation, the same will be canceled, and the guests owe compensation to the owners of the tourist site or to the person authorized by them, who carries out the accommodation, in the amount of <strong>20%<\/strong> from the total amount for the reservation made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The owner of &quot;Pelevi&quot; guest house,<\/strong> <strong>does not wear<\/strong> responsibility for accidents with guests&#039; children that occur within the tourist site and outside it. The good health and well-being of children is the responsibility of their parents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The owner of the tourist site reserves the right to have other guests<\/strong> and\/or customers staying at Pelevi guest house, unless the entire tourist site is booked by one group of customers (natural or legal entities).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guests on the territory of the tourist site<\/strong>, retain all their legal rights, in their capacity as consumers, which they have according to the current legislation under the Tourism Act, the Consumer Protection Act and others.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Food and consumption.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customers of the tourist site <\/strong>have the right to consume their own food and drinks, which they can bring into the common and individual premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The tourist site has kitchen and utility rooms<\/strong>, which are available to our customers, they can be used freely, subject to compliance with all safety requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If desired by our customers<\/strong> for organized or group events, food and drinks can be prepared with the assistance of employees of the &quot;Pelevi&quot; guest house.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anything extra like food and drink consumption<\/strong>, as well as offering additional services beyond those regulated in the preliminary price per number of nights or price package, are paid separately by the customers on the spot or by bank transfer before and during their visit to the tourist site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For all goods and services offered at the tourist site<\/strong>, falling under the general regulation and pre-priced, a price list is provided for them, placed in a prominent place in the object.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For all goods and services offered at the tourist site<\/strong> a document (receipt) or invoice for the sale is issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The amount for the stay and nights in the &quot;Pelevi&quot; guest house<\/strong>, according to the reservation made, is paid in advance within 24 hours (one day) after the reservation is made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customers owe the 100% value<\/strong> for their reservation, <strong>in advance.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For organized events of more than 10 people<\/strong> or when renting the entire tourist site, it is paid in advance <strong>50% of the total value of the amount<\/strong> for the overnight reservation made, as well as <strong>50% of the total value in case of consumption<\/strong> outside of that specified in the general regulation for accommodation at the tourist site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The amount for pre-booking is paid by bank transfer<\/strong>, namely:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Payment details:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>or when visiting without prior reservation a place of the owners of the tourist site or of a person authorized by them, who provides accommodation in the tourist site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Right of access.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Guest house &quot;Pelevi&quot; and all its property<\/strong> are available for full use by guests during the rental period. The owner, owner&#039;s representative, other employees and\/or contractors at the tourist site have the right to unhindered access to the property and its facilities - for home maintenance, garden, utilities and other additional services requested by guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>VII. Reservations.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;To cancel a confirmed reservation<\/strong>, it is necessary for the guests to send a written notification of refusal to the e-mail of &quot;Pelevi&quot; guest house - peleviguesthouse@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>VIII. Customer complaints.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;We are taking all possible measures<\/strong>, to ensure our guests a pleasant and hassle-free stay. For any problems during the rental period, guests must notify the owner or the owner&#039;s representative, who will immediately endeavor to remedy the problem. A condition for satisfying the guest&#039;s complaint is that it be communicated in a timely manner and while the guests are on site. In the event that there are no complaints during the rental period and the stay of the guests in the tourist object, we assume that the guests are satisfied with their stay and therefore have not filed any complaints or complaints with the owner of the object.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IX.
